1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and SunByte LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating as Agency OS ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing and using Agency OS templates ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Agency OS templates for your personal or business use. This license allows you to:

  • Duplicate and use the templates in your Notion workspace
  • Modify and customize the templates for your needs
  • Use the templates for client work (but not resell the templates themselves)

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the templates with others who have not purchased a license
  • Claim the templates as your own original work
  • Use the templates to create a competing product
  • Share your access links with others

4. Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally via email upon successful payment. You will receive links to duplicate the Notion templates to your workspace, along with any bonus materials included in your purchased tier.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Cancelation Policy

Agency OS is a one-time digital purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring billing, or ongoing commitments associated with your purchase. Because it is a single transaction, there is nothing to cancel. Once you complete your purchase and receive your templates, the transaction is final.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or concern regarding the Product or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve your concern informally within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs in any arbitration proceeding.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

9. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the templates. The templates are tools to help organize your business, but success depends on your implementation and use.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SunByte LLC or Agency OS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
